As a picky vegetarian, the cookie-cutter meal plans never work for me and I often struggled to plan well-rounded meals for the week. With Michelle’s guidance, I now have realistic macro goals and a new understanding of the many ways a picky vegetarian can get enough protein. The combination of goal setting, nutrition insights, and accountability has been key for me to see progress but more importantly, feel better and have more energy.

Michelle helped start my fitness journey on the right track. Not only was I clearly uninformed on how to actually approach fitness but I had no idea that the way I ate made a difference either. She helped me learn movements and how to gather exercises to use on a day to day basis. Then taught me how to monitor my calories and macros so that I could accomplish my goals of cutting weight. Without her I think my fitness journey would have ended early or ended with injury. Also thanks to her I've taken to learning about health and fitness myself! Couldn't have done it without her !

I was working out every day and eating really healthy but I just felt like I wasn’t losing any weight and I always felt exhausted and drained. After talking with Michelle we went over how active I was on a daily basis, my exercise and my diet. She helped me figure out I was not eating nearly enough for how much I was doing and she gave me so many amazing recommendations for meals and snacks. She also helped me figure out my protein intake goal and along with increasing my calorie intake I have noticed a HUGE difference. I have energy for my workouts, I’m not hitting that mid day fatigue and I’m actually losing weight and gaining muscle. I can not thank her enough for all that she has helped me and continues to help me with!
